Big Al does not make regular appearances at Disney Parks. Your best chances of finding him are randomly in Adventureland in Disneyland Paris, or a short while before the Hoedown event in Frontierland in the Magic Kingdom, or during the Christmas Parties in the Magic Kingdom.
