Frollo

Villains

Frollo never really started his relationship well with Quasimodo, after killing his mother, and banishing him to the Notre Dame forever. In his defence though, Frollo did raise and teach Quasimodo, albeit to be fearful of the world and forcing him never to leave the cathedral. Quasimodo, thankfully, has a mind of his own though, and it is that which is Frollo's undoing. Seeing the world he could have lived in, Quasimodo resents Frollo. Fiercely jealous and angered by Quasimodo's new found freedoms, he sets about torching Paris to find the girl Quasimodo admires. Falling into the raging inferno below, Frollo is ultimately consumed by his own hatred.

Meeting Frollo

Frollo does not appear normally at the US Parks, and although he used to come out at Halloween at the Magic Kingdom's parties or the villains greeting in Disneyland, and even those days seem to be a lot less often now.
In Disneyland Paris, Frollo is sometimes out Halloween season.
To our knowledge, Frollo only makes rare appearances at Halloween in Tokyo, in Central Plaza.
Frollo is not known to appear anywhere else.
