Villains

Dr. Facilier, also known as the Shadow Man, is the devious witch doctor form the Deep South. He tricks Prince Naveen and turns him into a frog. Dr. Facilier wants to take over all of New Orleans, and makes a deal with the "other side" that he will feed them all the souls of the citizens. Although he is very powerful, he gets in out of his depth, and when he cannot repay his debts to the Underworld, he is sucked into their deathly prison for all eternity.

Meeting Dr. Facilier

Dr. Facilier has been known to show up with some recurring frequency in New Orleans Sq at Disneyland. He can also usually be met during Halloween season at Disneyland Paris.
