At Walt Disney World, if you're lucky, Big Al will appear for short while before the Hoedown event in Frontierland, and also during the Christmas Parties in the Magic Kingdom.
Big Al has been known to appear in Westernland in Tokyo Disneyland, but this may be infrequent.
