Gideon is now quite hard to find in the US Parks, though you may sometimes find him at the American Adventure or International Gateway in EPCOT, and occasionally strolling through Fantasyland at Disneyland.
In Disneyland Paris, Gideon can sometimes be found on Main Street or Fantasyland.
In Tokyo, Gideon often appears in Fantasyland, Med Harbor and World Bazaar.
