Meeko is quite rare these days, sadly. You may find him from time to time at the Storyteller's character meal at the Grand Californian (though he is hard to catch there now, sadly), in Critter Country in Tokyo Disneyland, or sometimes as a popup surprise character at Disney's Hollywood Studios.
