Today is Penguin Awareness Day, which is a day to celebrate these beautiful animals.

Of course, a penguin lover myself, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to celebrate with a post dedicated to them and our favourite Mr Penguin from Walt Disney's Mary Poppins!

Today is the 48th anniversary (1964) of Walt Disney's live action/animated masterpiece, Mary Poppins.
Based on the books by P L Travers, the film has been a firm favourite around the world ever since.
