| Hi all, With 2011 done and dusted now, I wanted to take a look back at all the awesome (character related) things Jon, Loren and I got to experience last year. We were very fortunate to be able to attend some mind-bogglingly incredible events, and we are grateful for every opportunity we had. So, without further delay, let's start at the beginning of the year with Disney On Ice: Toy Story 3.
In February we made one of our regular trips to Disneyland Paris. Here's some of the neat things we saw there.
In April we were in Walt Disney World, where we got to meet Phineas and Ferb for the first time, and Angelica from Pirates of the Caribbean - On Stranger Tides.
We also got to meet Mickey, Minnie and the Princesses in their new home on Main Street USA - Town Square Theater.
We of course did a lot more than this, as evidenced by the following photos.
At the end of May, the brand new Disney Store opened on Oxford Street, London. I was there to see Pirate Mickey and Minnie open the store.
In June we went on what was undoubtedly the best trip we have ever had. We attended a series of very special and magical events at Disneyland Paris. You have all seen the photos by now, but here are a selection of my favourites.
Then after all that craziness, it was off to Disneyland in California for a further two days of awesomeness!
In July we were able to go to Hong Kong Disneyland for the first time, and we LOVED it!
From being Grand Marshalls before the Parade, to a very special dinner at the Disneyland Hotel, every part of Hong Kong was magical.
In August it was back to Disneyland Paris again for some more summer fun! We finally got to meet Hyacinth Hippo, who had been evading us for some time!
October was an amazing month. We got to travel to Disneyland Paris, Disneyland and Walt Disney World for their Halloween Seasons, as well as seeing another Disney On Ice show, the brand new Dare to Dream.

Next up, Disneyland in California, where we attended two Mickey's Halloween Parties and the special Soundsational Annual Passholder event.
Then it was off to Walt Disney World for their Halloween offerings!
Lastly for October we saw the new Disney On Ice show, Dare to Dream.
Finally we come to the end of the year, and our Christmas and New Year trips to Disneyland Paris.
And that's it folks! 2011 all wrapped up in one massive blog post!
I hope you enjoyed sharing the memories with us. 2011 was a fantastic year, and 2012 promises to be nothing less than spectacular.
We really appreciate all the support and comments we get about the site, and will be working harder than ever in 2012 to bring even more exciting new content and features.
