Hello everyone,
In this third part of my Walt Disney World Christmas trip report, I am going to share with you some of my photos from our various viewings of Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration at the Magic Kingdom.
The Christmas parade has changed little over the past few years, but there have been some tweaks along the way nonetheless. This past year saw the princes wear their new outfits in the parade for the first time. Being there Christmas week, we got to see the parade during the day (as opposed to at night, at the much more crowded Christmas parties), which was nice so that we could get decent photos of their new outfits.
Before the parade the Kringle Crew danced down Main Street USA, giant inflatable balls in tow.
Probably my favourite part of the parade is actually the first unit with all the random characters, which proceed Mickey and Minnie on their big Christmas Tree float.
I'll let you continue to look through the rest of the parade photos at you own pace - keep scrolling until after the parade photos to read my thoughts on the new Castle show and see my photos from that!
For Christmas 2016, the Magic Kingdom debuted a brand new Christmas stage show at Cinderella Castle. The show played throughout the run of the 2016 Christmas Parties, and then, like the parade, ran during Christmas week (as its predecessor also did for many years).
I have to admit, I was sad when they announced that Celebrate the Season would not return, and was worried that nothing could ever compare to its immense festive cheer that it brought to the park, however, my fears were allayed and I was absolutely blown away by the new show, Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration.
The show mixes a combination of many classic Disney characters (and no Frozen, much to my relief!), contemporary music, modern social ideas (such as the characters texting on stage), and that timeless traditional feel. I don't think the hardcore character fan base will get over Clarabelle Cow rocking that stage any time soon!
Let's take a look at some of my photos from our multiple viewings of the show.
That's it for this part of my report. In you case you missed them, you can check out the previous two parts at the links below:

In the final part I'll share with you our other adventures at the Magic Kingdom, including meeting characters, Holiday Wishes, the New Year's Eve fireworks, and much more! Stay tuned for that later this week.
Have a great day everyone,
