Hello everyone,
Throughout the years at Walt Disney World, Minnie Mouse has appeared in hundreds of costumes, making her wardrobe one of the most diverse in the world! From shows, to parades, and character greetings, Minnie has an outfit for every occasion! I thought it would be fun to take a look at the outfits you can meet Minnie in throughout the year at Walt Disney World.
The costumes below are based on our most recent experiences at Walt Disney World, however, as always, schedules, events and greetings are subject to change and cancellation by Walt Disney World, without prior notice.
Let's start with Minnie's regular locations around the four Walt Disney World theme parks.
At the Magic Kingdom, you can find Minnie at Pete's Silly Sideshow in Fantasyland, where she is dressed as Minnie Magnifique.
At EPCOT, Minnie can be found in her classic outfit inside the EPCOT Character Spot.
At Disney's Hollywood Studios, you can find Minnie dressed in her pretty pink Hollywood outfit, around the central hub area.
At Disney's Animal Kingdom, you can meet Minnie together with her sweetheart, Mickey Mouse, dressed in their cute explorer gear, on Discovery Island.
When she's not at the theme parks, Minnie also makes appearances at various character dining locations.
At Mickey's Backyard BBQ, at Disney's Fort Wilderness Campground, you can meet Minnie in her awesome Western costume.
At the Four Seasons Resort inside the Golden Oak community, Minnie appears in a peach coloured dress, with cute bow shaped sunglasses on her head!
Continuing with her relaxed approach, you can also dine with Minnie at Cape May Cafe, at Disney's Beach Club Resort, where she wears her beachwear.
At Disney's Contemporary Resort's Chef Mickey's restaurant, Minnie likes to take on the role of chef. You can meet Minnie when she's not in the kitchen, wearing her chef outfit.
Throughout the year you can also see Minnie in various seasonal outfits. Minnie likes to get with the occasion, and has a huge collection of clothes for the different seasons and events. It should be noted that these costumes are the ones likely to change the most, and not guaranteed to be used from year-to-year.
During Easter weekend, Minnie and her friends, for the past several years, have appeared at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels in some of their finest clothes. It's hard to get around to every resort in such a small amount of time on one morning, so we've only seen Minnie in this stunning dress at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort.
May and June every year sees Disney's Hollywood Studios transformed into a galactic outpost, as Star Wars Weekends descends upon the park. For around seven years now, Minnie has gotten into the spirit of things and appeared dressed like Princess Leia for greetings, and more recently, character dining during the event.
The 4th of July is obviously a huge American holiday, and Minnie and her friends like to celebrate the day in style by donning their patriotic and colonial outfits at some of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels.
As summer ends and autumn arrives, so does Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. During these ticket events, Minnie appears in her special Halloween costume(s). On some occasions it she has worn her witch outfit, and on other occasions her princess dress. It is unknown as of yet how she will appear for the Halloween parties this year (2015).
After Halloween, Christmas season arrives, and Minnie once again has to rummage around her wardrobe to see what she can come up with!
When she's visiting Animal Kingdom, she and Mickey wear their cute Christmas sweaters and hats.
And finally, at the Magic Kingdom during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Minnie has a cute candy cane outfit. This outfit is pretty new, so we anticipate she'll appear in this one again this year, but you never know what she may come up with!
So, as you can see, Minnie is a total fashion diva! It must be all those shopping trips with Daisy Duck, right?! Finding Minnie in different costumes is always fun, and it's clear that throughout the year you can find her across Walt Disney World showing off different styles to match the season or event.
